Jiu-Jitsu is not just about submitting an opponent in a UFC type event, nor is it just about Self Defense, it’s so much more. This video focuses on the general health and mental well being that training in this amazing martial art provides.
You will hear many Jiu-Jitsu practitioners talk about the “jiu-jitsu lifestyle”, the flexibility, strength development and most importantly the overall feeling of relaxation of the mind that is to most just as important as the development of the fighting skill set of Jiu-Jitsu.
